"Cats, cats, cats, where is the dog stuff" I was often asked. My response was "well, I am a cat person and can't write about anything I haven't really experienced first hand." No one cared about that excuse, so I wrote a Dog's Promise.  According to the dog public I pulled it off. Little did I know there was my own dog experience coming right around the corner and they are right...it is exactly like this. Lucky me!

Process: The image is done with colored pencils and the background in watercolors. Written with computer fonts and enhanced with computer graphics. The one without the drawn image is very popular for adding your own loving creatures face.
