Although the paintings in this style are more fine art with a magical slant, the words are intended to be clever, entertaining and multi meaning...thought provoking (or not)! Last year in Maui I tried snorkeling for the first time, not being a great swimmer, I was pretty overwhelmed until I came face to face with an beautiful sea turtle and I would have gone anywhere it led me.
Process: Painted on wood with acrylics and crayons, the words are collage. The idea to resemble that of magnetic poetry! Original done in 2 12 x 48 split design.
